I have been going to this gym for 6 weeks and I'm addicted. Lol. I have never experienced CrossFit before setting foot into this gym. What keeps me coming back and being addicted is that in the 6 weeks I have been going, I have not had one repeat workout yet. Been going for years and have never competed in a competition. The coaches are the friendliest people I know. If you stay consistent, it will change your life!
