Took my spec house nearly 2 years to build, when it was promised a completion within 6 months. How this builder is still in business is shocking to me. I had a plan to build 9 others but decided to cut my losses on a second build(which I already had paid a deposit for) and walked away. This builder is either incompetent or the most unfortunate victim I ever met. Nothing but lame excuses, that are never his fault. Dont fall for the empty promises and low prices.
