I had to still write and send a 5-star review from my visit to this facility. I arrived on 4/20/26 @ approximately noon. Big signs everywhere indicating what to do and even one to signify when lunch time is(11:45am to 12:30pm). Even though she was officially @ lunch , Angelica Ruiz came back early to her desk and helped me. I wanted to thank her for going above and beyond and dealing with my load issue was appreciated. The warehouse staff was efficient, professional, and friendly. However, my interaction with the office clerk was disappointing. I greeted her with a “good morning” and received no response, and her demeanor came across as rude and unprofessional without any clear reason. Professional, courteous communication is essential in customer-facing roles, and I hope her future interactions with customer and other drivers reflect that standard.
