Today I was reluctant to pick up here. The reviews were very negative. My appointment was 0900. I arrived at 0820. I was in the dock at 0845 and loaded at 0935. Yes, you do blindside the dock. Patience and a spotter is the key. The office personnel and the dock staff were friendly and quite efficient. Not sure why all the negativity.
3 Decent experience overall Came one day early for pickup and they told me to come back on my appointment date, which is understandable. Came back the next morning for my 8:30 AM appointment and checked in around 8:30–9:00. The office staff was a little rude, but nothing too serious — just not very friendly. The loading guys in the warehouse were cool and professional. Loading time was about 1.5 to 2 hours, so not too bad. Overall, not perfect but not terrible either. Average experience.
2h to pick up 2 skids this place sucks big time. I hate to come here it should take 15-20 min max for 2 skids.I have 6 pickups to make and this is mine 1st one what a joke. This place have no respect for drivers
