Think Twice Before Banking Here This is the SECOND time Delta Community Credit Union let another bank/business STEAL money from my personal checking account without informing/alerting me. The First Time: I paid for an application fee for an apartment (which stated is refundable on the document). When I got a car loan they got the numbers wrong three times. You should not have to correct a banker. Slowest ATM's ever, not many locations.
When I started banking here, I had a very positive experience. However, my husband was laid off at the same time I delivered our baby, and since then, I’ve been working as hard as I can to keep us afloat, but every time I turn around, this bank hits us with courtesy pay fees if our account doesn’t have enough, rather than just declining the charge.
