I had a Wonderful experience with the member services agent Britney Fleming. She was very helpful walking me through the car loan process. Britney answered all my questions and it felt like I was talking with a friend. She is a true asset to the DCCU Alpharetta branch!

I had a fraud alert sent to me by text and stopped by after work. I thought I'd be able to get there before they closed but I was about 10 mins late. However Kara saw me and came out as I was about to leave and ask if she could help. She told me to pull around to the drive-thru and I'm so glad I did because there was a charge of over 1000.00 on my card that was for something I didn't purchase. Kara was so helpful and professional!!! Thank you you so much Delta and Kara! Definitely happy to be banking with y'all!
