Visited this branch over the weekend and they were nothing short of amazing! Greeted immediately at the door, assessed my concerns, and placed me with a fantastic relationship banker within less than 10 minutes. Overall satisfied with the bank, but I'm at the ATM to withdraw cash. I need for a cash only payment tomorrow before the bank opens, and it's out of order. Black screen. Next closest is half an hour away. I'm reading reviews and see there's been a lot of issues with this ATM. They should fix or replace it.
I went to the Buckhead location on the 6th of Feb to make a deposit into the ATL, their machine was down so I had to drive all the way to the Brookhaven location to do so. I deposit cash into the ATM and the machine shuts off, not returning my money nor reflecting my deposit in my account. Conveniently a maintenance guy comes from the back office and apologizes stating he didn’t realize they were clients at the ATM and they turned the machine off for maintenance.
