the counter service is terrible. Here in Atlanta they wait on you as if they don't like you for some reason. Never a smile or can I help you, they don't even tell you, thank you
I've been a member of this credit union since the 2010's and they have always been super helpful. I visited during my lunch to complete/accept a loan offer which was kinda complex because of the specifics but the staff here made it so easy to get through. This required a series of visits from me over the course of two weeks. Savannah specifically was extremely helpful, patient and detail oriented. Came to get another card because mine was blocked due to fraudulent activity. Was told that the card machine was not working which is a normal thing at this branch
