I call monthly to make a payment on my car loan under my husband’s DCCU account, which I’m also listed on. Every time, I have to go through excessive verification — it feels like I’m proving my identity ten times over just to make a simple payment. Walked all the way from Piedmont Hospital to get a new card machine down. How is it that the card machine is always out at this location. The staff just looked at me as if they could have cared less!
