Great bank, but they can't keep their ATMs functional for more than a couple days at a time.
I went to upgrade my credit card, and I had the BEST customer service I've ever experienced! Every Delta Community has awesome service, but Lori was outstanding. We had so many conversations, and I ended up being there for over an hour simply because we would pause every now and then just to talk. I loved it! As I was heading out, she said goodbye with a hug, and wished me luck on my job hunt. She made me feel like family, and even though I live in Kennesaw, I will be driving to this location for future services!

This was a great bank at one time, gone down hill bad!! They could careless about you as a member or your money. I will say Peggy is great, if you need help see her.
Jordan without a doubt is the rudest individual I have ever encountered. She lacked customer service skills, basic empathy, and she had an attitude problem. I don't know how long she has worked for you or if she received proper training. With the treatment we received I'm assuming she didn't. I'm writing your corporate office in detail of the treatment we received there.
I’ve been a DCCU member for 20 + years. Mt. Zion branch is seriously the slowest branch I’ve been to.
Love the environment really sweet employees very nice inside and out very pleased
