Over all pretty good. I forgot to ask if my son could get a referral and they said that I waited to late.
Had some issues with fraud on my account. They were very helpful and very understanding about all the issues involved. All is well now and I so appreciate their help and patience
This was a great bank at one time, gone down hill bad!! They could careless about you as a member or your money. I will say Peggy is great, if you need help see her.
Jordan without a doubt is the rudest individual I have ever encountered. She lacked customer service skills, basic empathy, and she had an attitude problem. I don't know how long she has worked for you or if she received proper training. With the treatment we received I'm assuming she didn't. I'm writing your corporate office in detail of the treatment we received there.
I’ve been a DCCU member for 20 + years. Mt. Zion branch is seriously the slowest branch I’ve been to.
It was a very simple procedure to open a new account and a very nice looking branch! They have all the same amenities as Bank of America at no charge! Yeahhhh!
Worse customer service EVER experienced. After waiting 45 minutes to open an account the branch manager was rude, lacked common sense and ridiculously unprofessional. I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 17 years and only wanted to establish another savings account. I will stick with my current bank and never use Delta Community.
I love DCCU. I have an acct and my son just opened one. Everyone is always helpful and nice. Is it busy...yes always, but I just go in with patience. I wouldn't bank anywhere else. Thank you DCCU.
