Horrible customer service people
Horrible service, it takes them hours for them to help you, they have no knowledge of what they do, slow slow service
The workers apparently have no interest in doing their job. They are so much more focused on fawning over their coworkers new truck. Got here at the exact time the package was slated for arrival, 7:20pm, was told that the plane was late and advised to leave and come back to 9pm. They failed to inform us thay they would close at 9, and then also failed to inform us that they were intent on closing even earlier than what their door and website say at 8:30pm.
