Worst experience ever! I drove a long distance to get there and during business hours,there was no one there that was able to process a cargo package. Horrible service all around. The person there didn't seem to care about helping me either. Why bother having a Delta Cargo account if I can't use it a Delta Cargo facility.
Delta Cargo employee Elisa takes my money for a shipment already booked with Delta Cargo, then bumps my 20 lb box off the flight claiming weight distribution on the plane. These people are a joke, and they need to find another line of work. I am Definitely being discriminated against.
