The agent that treated my case was rude
Don’t expect there to ever be a cargo agent reliably on time - if there at all. Delta will tell you two hours prior to the flight and there will be zero people at the counter and nobody around to help. Calling delta cargo is useless. Do yourself a favor and don’t use the early morning flights or ship out of a different location. Absolutely horrendous.
