If I could give no stars I would! I purchased a reptile and was shipped on time by the shipper and Delta lost my package (VENOMOUS SNAKE)!! How do you lose a package that’s so risky to other people!! I never recommend anyone using delta for animals, this was my first and definitely my last time using delta! Customer service is very rude! I need to speak to corporate about these issues!
Delta is the worst customer service place If you are sending or picking up at delta cargo Please don’t do it You will waste ur time .
