Terrible customer service. They are not aware. Their own website states there is pet shipping. But representative tried claiming it was military only. No we're on the website it says that. Until you get to the end where there is an embargo on house hold pets. No one could have told me that one the phone. Until I had to dog further on my own. No wonder A.I. is replacing customer service on the phone
Horrible service, standing not being greeted or even talk to for over 15min. I just wanted to pick up a package and people act bother that I am there.
Easy in and out, was loaded quickly. These guys are on it, good job!
