Absolutely the worst car service on SI. Extremely unprofessional and the dispatchers are very nasty. Cars take over an hour to show up if they even show at all. How they stay in business or even obtain a contract with access-a-Ride is beyond me!!
I called for a cab and was quoted 6 minutes. An odd number but I took the persons word for it. He says his name is "John". I waited and waited. After 20 minutes I called back and John said that the cab was there waiting for 15 minutes. It is simply UNHEARD of for any cab to wait somewhere for 15 minutes. I told him that I use DELTA EXCLUSIVELY for years! And that this is unacceptable. In a polite manner of course.
