The owner is great! I took my 2017 BMW to the dealership and they gave me a ridiculous quote. I drove it down to Delta Car Care and the price of materials was the same, but labor was cheaper. They replaced all of my shocks a few months back and no issues. One time I went down there with my wife’s car and the owner hooked up a voltmeter to check the battery. He told me it was broken. I had to bring in my less than a year old truck into their body shop twice within a couple months. Both times Delta did an incredible job in restoring it to its almost like new condition. The team at Delta really does care about you and your car. Michelle especially went above and beyond in getting everything right. They were extremely fast to provide estimates and schedule repairs (Way faster than other shops in Cincy were able to commit to).
