Fantastic Customer Service !!! I'm a landscape contractor in Silicon Valley. We ordered and installed Balero Plus in July. A bunch of water weeds grew as the sod germinated. Delta sent out a rep quickly, who scheduled a crew to pull the weeds...which ended up reinstalling a new lawn..labor and materials included. Recently we installed 90/10 which didn't come with the nylon netting (unusual). Quick response from Delta to explain why. I was satisfied as the sod itself looked fantastic 👌
Amazing customer service. The sod we purchased through Devil Mountain was defective. Delta Bluegrass sent employees to look at it. The next day they sent a crew out to remove the defective sod and replace it. Now it looks great. I have never experienced anything like this before. Five stars.
