If you are looking for ANY LEVEL of elevator service... Avoid this trainwreck of a company. From design to install to follow-up service, this group are the worst I have EVER DEALT WITH. Communication during installation is like pulling teeth. They are continuously late And they seem to consider deadlines a joke, not applicable to them.
