Delta told us they needed to take off with limited fuel to allow for passengers and all their bags and we needed to stop to refuel enroute. NO BAGS WERE LOADED!! We also stopped for fuel which delayed our arrival. My bags were then flown from CO to GA and back to CA. The airport made an appointment so I could be home. I made a special trip to meet driver. No driver, no call, not accountability. Terrible service from EGE and SJC airport operations.
Wow, Angela was really unprofessional, arrogant and completely inefficient. Essentially, her attitude was just ‘it is what it is.’ When I asked follow-up questions about the damaged luggage, she simply told me that most people just take the vouchers and leave.
