DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam! I purchased an extended warranty, submitted three claims and they have yet to reply to any of them. Their "Customer service number" directs you to a series of telemarketing prompts. I am not in small claims courts with them and am working with the State of NH enforcement division on a case against them.
Totally scam. Called them three days in a roll to file a claim. No answering. Wanted to ask for a refund, waited on the phone for an hour, no response at all. This company scammed $1800 from me and didn’t pay any repair and won’t answer the phone. Stay away from the company. If you have been scammed, join the class action!
They are pure scam company .don’t do business with company at any cost . They never paid for mechanic invoices abd evert time we call . They lie and lie about the check . I will not recommend this company to my enemy .
It's a scam company and no one ever answer phone. I getting an attorney to go after them for taking people hard earned monies. Criminal scam.
THIS IS A SCAM! NO ONE PICKS UP...AFTER PURCHASING THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY DIAMOND PLAN AND FINALLY HAVING TO USE IT AFTER 2 YEARS, NO ONE IS PICKING UP ON ANY OF THE NUMBERS LISTED. EVERYONE IS INDICATING THE COMPANY IS A SCAM.
