Extremely helpful and kind office and technician staff. They didn't have a replacement window (rear window smashed) in stock due to it being a new model car. But called around, told us what price to expect, lead time. And they storm wrapped the window hole and repaired a small windshield chip for free. Also cute cats in the office!
Very impressive. We worked with Missy and Eliu to not only replace the windshield but to clean up a previously placed, poorly installed windshield that was creating a horrible wind noise. They both worked to solve the problem quickly and to install a new windshield and have the vehicle ready to pick up by the end of the day. Both were extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We will return for all of our auto glass needs. A well-deserved five stars out of five stars.
