Called in at 8:50am asking if they could look at a chip in hopes of it being repairable. Missy was wonderful and very helpful. Said if I could bring it in right away, she'd have a tech there to help me. Got there at 9:15 and was out by 9:45. Fantastic customer service and technician was friendly and efficient! Highly recommend!
We've been using Delta for years at my company (PTC) but every once in awhile you deal with a company that will go above and beyond! Today was that day for us and I can't even express how fantastic Missy and her crew were for handling a glass replacement for me today on the fly. Basically an emergency situation and they worked it out flawlessly! I can't recommend Missy and her crew enough! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you Missy, you guys ROCK!!
