The staff was very helpful especially since the app only works...."sometimes"
So much construction
recently flew a red-eye with Delta (about 3.5 hours) and had one of the most uncomfortable travel experiences I’ve ever had. I was seated in a row where the seats do not recline, yet the row directly in front of me did. That made the space feel incredibly tight and claustrophobic, especially on an overnight flight where resting is already difficult.
