If you're flying out of Anchorage, don't choose Delta. They don't have enough flights and when there are delays, their customer service stinks. I spent 4 hours speaking to 4 different people (minus the robot at the beginning). All of them were nice, but they promised to help me with our delayed flights but couldn't. We got to the airport, still not knowing how or when we were going to get home. We'll be spending the night on the plane and getting home tomorrow. We Were supposed to get home tonight. Was supposed to have a flight at 5:55am but it got delayed over 6hrs. Was told by the pilot that him and the mechanics ran out of solutions to fix it and to just wait. Was only offered $12 food vouchers. When asked if we could catch a different flight they said yes but we would have to spend the night in the airport. First and last time flying delta
