If you're flying out of Anchorage, don't choose Delta. They don't have enough flights and when there are delays, their customer service stinks. I spent 4 hours speaking to 4 different people (minus the robot at the beginning). All of them were nice, but they promised to help me with our delayed flights but couldn't. We got to the airport, still not knowing how or when we were going to get home. We'll be spending the night on the plane and getting home tomorrow. We Were supposed to get home tonight.
