Got to San Francisco International for a flight no counter agents and says they don’t open till 4:30 AM and my flight boards at 4:55 am makes NO Sense
Delta has always been my airline of choice, and I usually enjoy seamless, reliable flights with them. Unfortunately, my recent trip into SFO was not their best showing. The flight was delayed three separate times—adding up to about 3.5 hours—which made the journey frustrating and difficult to plan around. That said, once we finally boarded, the crew was professional and kind, and the in-flight experience was comfortable as always. I still trust Delta overall, but I hope to see more consistency in communication and timeliness... read more
