Within the United States, in‑flight Wi‑Fi is free, but once you leave U.S. airspace, you either have to pay for internet access or be a Verizon customer. Prefer Delta, over AA, United. Always runs smoothly.
Missed my flight do to aircraft problems. Got rescheduled in a reasonable amount of time. Got a comped a hotel and a few meals since I was delayed overnight.
