Had a flight for 3 people out of RDU. We arrived early, made it through TSA in 10 minutes, and our flight still showed “on time.” The second we grabbed our items from the TSA bins, Delta canceled the flight. What followed was a 4-hour nightmare. Every customer service option was AI-driven.
