Some of the travel agents/stewardesses are rude and have poor social skills. Some of the machines to print off boarding documents were broken. And there's not enough of a selection of food and drinks in 1st class. Yet, the flights were smooth and there were a couple of nice stewardesses and pilots.
Lost one bag in Atlanta, destroyed the other. Delivered the lost bag with damage and no voucher ? Nope you guys don't deserve a star. I'll take my money elsewhere .
