Arrived in plenty of time for our flight but it did not and was delayed several hours. The new schedule had us missing our connecting flight out of MSP to Amsterdam. Worked with Valerie who was awesome and got us rebooked through Paris the following day. Lost a day in Spain but Valerie was tenacious in getting us the quickest available flight. Delta is lucky to have her.
The first time I had flown on Delta and both, my flights were delayed . Not off to a good start, Delta.
