Initially very frustrating with the change of plane/seats and delayed flight DL2067 from ATL to DTW but Amanda on the flight crew was very personable and did a great job! Thanks for her efforts to make the trip enjoyable under the circumstances.

Lost my checked bag from a flight that had been planned weeks in advance, also lost around 10 other passengers bags and then got mad at us for be discontent with their service

Where do I begin? Well, let’s revisit the @delta NIGHTMARE folder on my desktop. Said folder contains screenshots of chats with “customer service” as documentation. I will try to condense the back and forth to make this review as pithy as possible. I am not one to leave a negative review, trust. Arrived in plenty of time for our flight but it did not and was delayed several hours. The new schedule had us missing our connecting flight out of MSP to Amsterdam. Worked with Valerie who was awesome and got us rebooked through Paris the following day. Lost a day in Spain but Valerie was tenacious in getting us the quickest available flight. Delta is lucky to have her.
