Loved it
We recently experience a 12-hour Odessey trying to fly from Orlando to Memphis due to a variety of factors. We were initially delayed due to the weather, and while Delta does not control the weather, it does control how well it communicates with its patrons. We received limited updates on the situation, and frequently, those were contradictory.
