Unfortunately, the airport services—especially Delta Air Lines—are not reliable. I will no longer use this airline with such poor service. Attention to passengers and customers does not seem to matter at all. Today, I spent five hours wandering around trying to get assistance from this company’s customer service. I purposely booked (paid extra) the seat right behind comfort plus to be sure my bag would make it on the plane. Since when did you change You now board the back of the plane (zone 5) before the middle of the plane. Now all overheard compartments are full with people’s bags from the back. I paid extra for this seat. If you’re going to board like this then make zone 5 check their bags, not the zones closer to the front.
