Everything was handled very professionally. The flights to California there and back were very timely. The flight attendants were gracious and helpful. Because of this great service we were able to attain our rental car and get to the hotel without any issues. Everything was seamless. A flight can make or break a vacation unfortunately. We are fans of Delta now. Keep up the good work everyone! As long as you do your best, we will keep coming back.

So it was a harrowing day at the Atlanta airport August 1st major delays due to weather for the first time ever I received an email from Delta asking if I wanted a hotel and meal and ride service. Unfortunately I missed the email and did not get the offer.

Trash airlines. You’d think they’d learn to not be the worst; but a quick rain shower in DC reverts them to treating their customers like trash! Never felt more ignored in nearly a quarter century of airline travel. Employees are actually great, no offense to them at all. However, corporate couldn’t hate their customers more if they hired another consultant to “tighten the reigns”. Delta Sky Club Terminal G ! Brand New !! Oh my gosh, what a special place. Top of the line in airline service! The people here are amazing, waiting on you every minute. The food, the bar, the cleanliness, absolutely the best in the industry. Shout out to the best bartender in ATL !!! “River” if your lucky to sit at her station, you just won the lottery!
