We flew from Orlando to Atlanta making connections to San Juan PR. I was impressed with the service both at the counter check-in and inflight service was wonderful, compared to other airlines Delta is well above others…and congratulations in your 100 years celebration

Our trip to Japan with Delta Airlines was, without a doubt, the worst travel experience we’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was disappointing. Before even taking off, our flight was delayed for over two hours — and we had to wait inside the plane the entire time. The reason given was that the catering wasn’t ready, meaning the food hadn’t been loaded onto the aircraft yet. Everything was handled very professionally. The flights to California there and back were very timely. The flight attendants were gracious and helpful. Because of this great service we were able to attain our rental car and get to the hotel without any issues. Everything was seamless. A flight can make or break a vacation unfortunately. We are fans of Delta now. Keep up the good work everyone! As long as you do your best, we will keep coming back.
