I have been trying to recover my account with Delta for 8 months. Eventually gave up. Spent a cumulative 4 hours and counting on the phone with customer service because their system wouldn’t let me create another one. Absolutely terrible experience with Delta. On our last flight, Delta completely damaged our baby’s stroller. It wasn’t just scratched or slightly damaged—it was completely broken and unusable after the flight. As parents traveling with a baby, this caused a huge inconvenience and unnecessary stress.
