Checkin counter is unprofessional : I was checking in around 10:15am on 1/4th. there were 4 representatives at the counter and I was waiting at the sky priority line . One of the four just left after looking at me. I’d avoid Delta. Alaska is better

We had a 530 flight, we got here at 3 and there were no employees. There were no signs telling you where to go so I stood in line for 45 minutes in the wrong line before someone showed up and told me. Then I have to go over and sit in another line for 30 minutes. This was just in order to check in and drop my bag off. A little communication goes a long ways Delta. I really hope it's not this chaotic once we get in air.

Delta are always smooth. No problems checking bags, getting flight updates, etc. Delta, for me, is the standard for treatment as far as airline companies go.

I recently experienced an extremely distressing and unprofessional situation while traveling on Delta Airlines via a codeshare flight originally booked with WestJet (Flight WS1105, scheduled to depart from LAX to Vancouver at 20:45 but delayed).
