They will cancel your flight, leave you stranded and deny to refund you. Probably the worst airline in the country.
They delayed our flight by nearly 8 hours over a 3 hour period, and knew it wouldn't leave in a reasonable time, and didn't bother telling passengers. The pilots told passengers as they exited the plane!!! We ended up having to cancel the flight and missed our cruise!!
Delta cancelled my connecting flight, citing unforeseen crew changes via text, then blamed weather when I requested a refund. FlightAware data contradicts their weather claim entirely. Fifteen minutes after they cancelled my flight, I watched a Delta plane take off to my same final destination. They chose which flights to operate, then hid behind weather as an excuse.
