Great flight, friendly service, comfortable seats, lots of free movies to watch with free headphones, free soda and cookies, and right on time from LAX to Portland.
Better than most current airlines. Fan of delta. Pdx is great since their renovation.
Big shout out to Romie, working at gate D13 at PDX. Delta changed my flight suddenly (was supposed to be a red eye to JFK, instead they changed it to 12:45 pm, without notice, forcing me to get a hotel for the night). Customer service over the phone was useless, but the only reason for 5 stars is Romie, he made things right for me to have a more comfortable flight. You’re the best, bud!
