Absolutely terrible experience with Delta. On our last flight, Delta completely damaged our baby’s stroller. It wasn’t just scratched or slightly damaged—it was completely broken and unusable after the flight. As parents traveling with a baby, this caused a huge inconvenience and unnecessary stress. Lady who checked us in pDX - You are liar !!! You said no more room for our bag and you remove our bags but people after us had their bags- You discriminated our rights and we saw it was enough room for at lest 20 more . It was our first and last flight with you .
