SHAME ON UPPER MANAGEMENT. I couldn't be more disgusted with their treatment of employees. I phoned the service line for some basic information regarding my itenerary. The lady on the phone gave me 5/5 detailed information about my requests. She did not, however, have a warm tone of voice. Furthermore, her accent placed her in a country with vastly different culture to my own.
