Never buy a plane ticket from Delta. They will cancel your flight and even though there is a law requiring them to refund your money, they have structured the process in such a way to make it impossible to apply for it so they can blame you when you don't get it. If there is somewhere you need to fly and Delta is the only way there, you are better off crawling there on your stomach.

"NEVER FLY DELTA AGAIN" Delta Airlines is the absolute worst!!!!!!!! They were late arriving in Atlanta, and they miss their connecting flight to New Orleans. Stood in line for over an hour only to be told , because of bad weather Delta is not liable. They canceled their flight from Atlanta to New Orleans. Then had the audacity to tell a couple with a 7 month old, they could not do anything for them. This baby had to stay in the airport for over 12 Hours before getting a flight back to New Orleans. This is horrible.

Very unfriendly, unhelpful, and exceptionally rude staff, which is unfortunate due to the nature of their jobs.
