Deltas is the worst flight and customer experience I have ever had in my life. The flight was a nightmare. Every person I spoke with was rude. The customer service was atrocious. I was never able to receive any assistance after hours of calls and being placed on hold. They could not or would not connect me with someone who could help me or give my any contact information for someone who could help me. Flight was cancelled morning of from COS to Lima, Peru. Called Delta to see if I could switch airports so I would not miss my connecting flight in ALT. They found a flight out of DIA so my husband and I took Groome to DIA. Delta will not reimburse me for the ground transportation. Also since they cancelled the flight from ATL to Lima, I lost the assigned seats I paid for and they will not reimburse me for those lost seats either. Skymiles member since 2000.
Very friendly. Easy to check in. This is my first time flying international with a passport and the attendant was knowledgeable and helped me with my questions.
