They really make it simple to arrange travel with the app. They stay in touch enough where I didn't wonder about anything. All airlines fail in space anymore, they should really say a half window seat since they shove so many seats into a plane now you can barely get a bag under the seat and I'm small framed. Everything else was nice especially the staff

I’ve never seen such a terrible airline before. This was the first time I checked in my high-end aluminum suitcase, and they returned it to me bent and badly scratched. Even couldn’t fully close.They told me this was “normal damage” and that it doesn’t affect its use. I honestly cannot imagine how roughly my luggage must have been handled for a metal suitcase to end up like this. I’ve used Delta for my last 2 visits to Ghana and I’ve never been more disappointed with Delta. My first visit 6-18-25 was at the airport at the crack of dawn waiting in line for the international flight and when it was my turn at the counter low and behold the lady said it would be $575 for my luggage and I said that’s not what I was told when I called and spoke to customer service, when I spoke to customer services prior to my flight they said I can bring as many suitcases as I please well that was a lie and I was told my... read more

They have the nicest employees, from the reservation desk to the gate agent. They are friendly, courteous and accommodating.
