Rudest staff ever. Doesn’t help any of their customers who have questions. Would rather make you “download the app” to figure anything out. I won’t be flying delta ever again.
Used my companion ticket and still stole 1400$ from me and closed companion pass.
Had one of my worst flying experience ever with delta. Missed connection at an airport that had delays all week due to construction on run ways. And they blamed weather and told me to find an hotel for 24 hours. No accountability for scheduling too many flights at a limited capacity airport! Took 3 hours to find a hotel to sleep due to all the other people that missed flights. They must have ran out of money to cover hotels as other friends had it covered and some how I had to pay myself
