I have been a Southwest loyalist for years. Due to their recent changes, I switched from Southwest to Delta. I booked my first flight from PTI Greensboro to Laguardia in New York City. This was on a regional plane. I booked first class seats due to the amenities it claimed to come with. However on this plane (both to LGA and from LGA) there was NO Wifi, no tvs in the seats, no blankets, no food, nothing. Great Airline and airport
Nobody here.
No luggage lost this go around. The staff was friendly and helpful checking in. The app did pose some issues on the return flight, but staff intervened. The only real issue was the back and forth arrival times and an hour delay on the return flight. More of an issue for my ride home.
