Zero stars. DO NOT USE. Troy came after our home warranty company sent him to fix an AC issue. He indicated the handler needed to be replaced and got approval to do so. His installation was so bad we unknowingly had water dropping into our attic for months causing a ceiling collapse, severe mold, and destruction of a lot of our personal property. Made an appointment for A/C service with Troy. No showed. I called to ask what happened. He forgot to write down we had an appointment and it wasn’t on his schedule. He apologized and so we made another appointment, he promised he put me down on his schedule this time. 2nd appointment came and went with another no-show and no call. No answer when I called. Obviously look elsewhere for reliable service.
If I could give negative stars I would. Please heed my advice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Troy is completely unprofessional, rude, and has zero integrity. He is out to make a quick buck and do the very least work possible. I could post my long & detailed dealings with this company, but the most important thing you can take away from this is to never call this company for anything. Troy came to my home today to fix the air conditioner and he threw All of my stuff in the garage on the floor with All my glass in there and my sons projector. He just left and left a mess in the garage. He should not have touched my personal items. He should have asked me to move it. You don’t come to someone’s house and break their stuff and just leave!
Eric was extremely professional, friendly and with good work ethics. Recommend this company highly.
