The afternoon of April 6th 2025 had this wonderful lady working the check in desk lines who was very amusing and kind. She helped direct everyone to the right lines and she ran the show overall!

A very unpleasant trip; the female Delta ground staff was inadequately trained and unnecessarily delayed the baggage check-in, forcing us and my two-year-old daughter to rebook another flight. The male ground staff was very professional. The indian female staff kept emphasizing that she needed to be respected—respect is not something you demand, but something you earn through good service. Less than 1 star if that is even possible. Undermining the paid passengers with inoperable logistics, unfaithful in taking care of passengers when the flights are late, avoidable but wreckless excuses and don't honor their mistakes. Our delayed flight was to allow a flight attendant in the jump seat, not deboarding a single passenger waiting for her personal chair when the Deltal Executive Lounge is 200 feet down the concourse where the Disabled Act was intended to be interpreted.
