There was no line for bag check when we arrived and the staff helped us efficiently check in our group of 9. He even took the time to ask us if we had enjoyed our trip. Traveling through Denver once again the Delta staff was top notch and helped our group check in. Even had a basket of candy out on the check in desk.

I had an excellent experience flying with Delta Airlines on flight LA6450 on 06/09/2025, from Denver to Atlanta. I especially want to highlight KRYSTIE, who helped us during check-in. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. My brother doesn’t speak English, and Kristie took the time to guide us through everything, explaining each step clearly and making sure we understood the whole process without any issues. I went to accompany 2 people this dawn in an international flight from Denver CO amd noticed Maureen at 4am, without any PA system announcing what the queues were for, domestic versus local and the minimum time for checked buggage and the like. I was very impressed because it's the second time I've been there this early and did not get this direction. Please give her a commendation for being so instrumentalinn the check -in process and doing it cheerfully. Maureen, Great job!!!

Didn't honor my mileage flew from Asia to Denver round trip. Contacted them 3 times since December 2024, never heard back. Won't fly with them again
