With only two hours left before the flight departs, there’s no one at the counter, not even a sign indicating when it opens. There are people with babies and elderly passengers — such a lack of respect.

I arrived at Denver international at 2:45 a.m. Delta advertise that baggage check-in would be open 4 hours before the first flight. My flight boards at 5:15 a.m. no one showed up and checked in until 4:00 am. I was in line with my bag already tagged from self-bagging and I paid the $35 fee. My bag was 4 lb overweight and I waited over an hour for them to show up and do their job. They charged me an extra $100 for my bag to go on the plane. The last 2 times my wife and I have waited at check baggage do to the Delta people “having a meeting in the back”! All other company counters were open and taking care of costumers! I DO NOT understand not having anyone taking care of costumers and rotating people to have the morning meeting! This morning we waited for 45 mins before anyone came out from the back to service clientele. We ALWAYS flew Delta but now I am rethinking that!
