United Airlines in Billings, Mt has some of the worst employees and service, I hate flying United, and we always have problems with them.

I personally have had two negative experiences with United over the past couple years. Flew from Billings, MT to Rochester, MN for meetings and returned back the following day. Upon arriving in Denver, I found my flight from Den to Billings was being delayed because of a possible mechanical issue. I understand and respect taking care of a mechanical issue. I have to say, I was really disappointed that my flight got cancelled to Houston from Denver (Follow on from Billings) because we drove over 3 hours to get to Billings for the flight, but Kirsten at the Billings Airport United Departures desk absolutely came through with the friendly Montana heart and saved the day. She was our own personal Wonder Woman. 40 minutes to get thru the bag check line and when I’m finally the first in the queue the third person leaves…. Telling this to the agent I’m told their manager insist regardless of how many people are in line.
