Was a great experience. The staff and pilots were friendly and welcoming. We experienced one hiccup but not any fault of their's. Got me home before the bad weather. Also my luggage for whatever reason didn't get to me. I called the next day. The customer service was phenomenal they got me my luggage by thar afternoon delivered. Again ine of the best flying experiences ever!
One of the very few airlines remaining that care about good overall flight experience. Keep it up please.
