I had the pleasure of being helped by one of the friendliest Delta employees I’ve ever met at the Austin airport. From the start, Terrance was upbeat, welcoming, and incredibly professional. What really stood out was how he stepped in to help elderly and handicapped passengers without being asked. He moved with care, patience, and genuine kindness. Delta has definitely declined in services over the years. Not only did ALL my flights delay, what should’ve been a short flight became an array to transactions between different Delta airlines. I haven’t had any issues with other airlines except Delta. It’s probably because I’m not too high in priority for them to consider a few minutes of delay with the connecting flight since it is their flight schedule. The associate didn't know how to help me. I had to wait for him to get someone that knew what to do about picking up a minor at the gate. Very incompetent
