I'm not entirely sure if this is the right place to leave a review, i wish everybody can see it. On March 2nd, I flew with my daughter and a lot of luggage from ATL to MTY on flight DL1929 due to a very difficult situation. On another flight, of other airline, a few days earlier, my mother had passed away, and this flight to MTY was emotionally and physically challenging, as it was a last-minute flight and I was traveling alone with my daughter, carrying luggage and a heavy emotional burden. Ridiculous price-gouging on their monopolized routes
Was a great experience. The staff and pilots were friendly and welcoming. We experienced one hiccup but not any fault of their's. Got me home before the bad weather. Also my luggage for whatever reason didn't get to me. I called the next day. The customer service was phenomenal they got me my luggage by thar afternoon delivered. Again ine of the best flying experiences ever!
