the demanded we document our carry on bags and then broke the wheels. they refused to cover the damage and said they never cover any wheels even though they only force you to document bags with wheels. the employee was really rude and condescending
The attendant at the check in counter was WONDERFUL!!! She not only got me checked in, but noticed that because of a departure delay that my connecting flight would be hard to navigate, She then without being asked booked me on a standby flight in case I missed my connection. THIS is the type of service that is MUCH appreciated! I failed to get her name, but Kudos Delta!
