There is an older gentleman that is very scruffy looking and it’s hard to tell from the picture that I posted but if you’re able to identify this person and you see him when you go get gas just keep driving away. He will see you and purposely start stretching and watch you watch him stretch for a few minutes before going to your car to fill it up with gas.
