Our experience with Delta was an absolute nightmare. Our flights were cancelled, and the entire situation was handled poorly from start to finish. They then cancelled our return flights because they had oversold the flight! Only Fly with this airline if you want cancelled flights, long wait times and rude customer service! I would give zero stars but that wasn’t an option
I’ll start off by saying, I usually fly American Airlines, but I wanted to try Delta so, at the John F. Kennedy airport, I attempted to get assistance to print out a boarding pass because I’m a disabled passenger, and the attendance at the front desk you can ignore me for about 45 minutes nearly allowing me to miss my flight and I did not get help. if you’re a disabled passenger, I don’t recommend delta at least when you fly through which JFK because, it appears that customer service is not their forte at this airport.
Had no issues. Check in, and security were easy. And they were very accommodating to a platinum cardholder
Worst flight experience ever!
B53 is a super long walk of any airport I visited. Ugh
