JFK is truly a mockery of the Delta gold standard. I was lazily dismissed, harassed, negged, and actually clowned by the concert of Delta employees counter on the 4th and 1st floors of JFK Terminal 4 last night. They are supposed to be helping people travel not making it more difficult.
