Plane half capacity with middle sit 23D assigned and still made us sit in the back of the plane.
Begged them to not make me check my carry on bag. I have to go straight to work and it may make me late. They rudely refused to even try to help me. Never flying Delta again.
Just an awful, chaotic experience. Signage of where to start is insufficient. Employees direct you to the check in kiosks when you find them and ask, half of which were stuck on the “further assistance needed” screen, before making you wait in line to see a person to check bags. Major, unnecessary inefficiency. If you don’t leave yourself even extra time, you will miss your flight because of it. Delta knows you have no choice at that point, and there seems to be little concern for improvement.
