Ask a black lady Patricia at the terminal to Seattle and she talked horribly to my wife with very disrespectful terms. Will never fly again with Delta neither will my family or friends. Flight DL945
I accidentally left my cell phone and ID in the Uber that brought me to the airport. Most of the staff all across the airport were amazing at helping me run across the airport TWICE to try and make my flight, which is the only reason I’m not giving one Star. I got to the Delta gate just as they were closing the doors and the last of the flight crew was leaving.The gate attendant told me, “yeah… you’re a little too late” and I need to be sure I’m sitting and waiting at the gate an hour before boarding begins. Comfortable
The worst airline I’ve ever dealt with! No information whatsoever about flight cancellations — no email, no message, nothing. Absolutely terrible! I would never recommend flying with them.
