Shout out to the whole Delta team! We traveled with mobility assistance round trip from Charleston to Las Vegas. Every step of the way Delta personnel treated us with kindness and compassion. For senior citizens with mobility issues, it was refreshing to see and get the help we needed to travel with. Thanks Delta, keep up the good work!
This experience was unacceptable and showed a complete breakdown in customer care and basic operational competence. We began traveling at 8:00 PM in Las Vegas and arrived in Atlanta at 4:00 AM, only to learn that our connecting flight had been canceled. Without any real input from us, we were automatically rebooked onto a flight not departing until 5:00 PM, effectively stranding us in the airport for over 13 hours after an overnight trip.
