The people who work here get off on making you miss your flight. They told us to wait in the check in line to check out car seat bags - where 1 person was working for 20+ people waiting - along with other employees standing behind the counter not doing anything aside from joking around with each other. After waiting in line for 30+ min, they told us you don’t need to check your car seat bags just drop them off at the gate. This cost us around 40 min of time.
