It was such a terrible experience I really wonder if his last reviews are real. What he says and what he puts in writing are very different. Two of his previous reviewers are realtors and I found them and spoke to them. We all had the same experiences. I wish I had found their reviews before I signed his contract. He is the worst professional I have ever worked with.
John is an engineer that we have have worked with extensively. Our latest project was a complicated 3 story home addition project with vaulted ceilings. John introduced many items & recommendations to make the homeowner happy. He provided many details to clarify the construction process.

John originally drafted structural plans and calculations for an interior supporting wall that we wanted a recessed beam for. He was very professional, courteous, and warned us it may not be possible to recess the beam without installing a steel beam (which is very expensive).
