Very efficient service. Got the handles replaced within half an hour.
I've accidentally locked my lugfage and took there to et it unlocked. Of course they didn't charge me. But they have removed the lck from the luggage and fixed back in upside down . Wasn't expecting that type of a silly mistake from them.
