I recently used Del’s Popcorn Shop purchasing from them 20 bags of popcorn as party favors for a red carpet event I was coordinating. I brought them a sample container to gauge the size of bags needed to put into the individual popcorn boxes. They were accommodating of my request and even went above and beyond giving me my own sample of popcorn to try and delivering the bags of popcorn to me later in the day. "Del's Popcorn Shop in Springfield, Illinois, is an absolute gem! They offer every popcorn flavor you could possibly dream of, and their cookies and cream flavor is simply divine—an absolute must-try. The packaging is nice, but it took two weeks to receive the order. Placed an order during COVID it was in the same packaging as the store on Merchant St and arrived in two days.
Delivery was quick, popcorn came fresh, Del's followed my special instructions. My mother loved the fact that she could get her favorite popcorn without having to drive to Springfield
Very disappointed, stopped in to get my favorite, hand tossed/seasoned popcorn when the employee had told me that they no longer offer any of the flavors even though it was still on the menu. Without these flavors I might as well stop at county market or pop my own at home.
