This company used to be good to work with, now they have just gotten too difficult to talk to. The receptionist is a brick wall and is relentless in keeping anyone from speaking with or inquiring about their services on a technical level. Then if you do finally get through they direct you to send an email to the general sales email they provide and you never hear back from them. Del's Plating was able to offer great communication throughout a big project that required many drop offs. Fast turnaround along with decent pricing helped me coordinate & tackle some high quantity jobs. I will continue to utilize their help for any plating needs.

I have been using Del’s Plating since December 2022 and they are performing top notch. They take care of all our products and finish on time. Communication is great. If Travis is out, then Richard will reply on time. We have great communication all the way to accounting. Their Zinc coating, either clear or yellow, come out great and are wrapped to ensure not to get damaged. I can’t say enough about how Travis and Richard have treated us. A BIG thank you to everyone there.
