someone came and looked at my Washing machine today a we were having trouble with the last cycle of the washer. When i initally called he told me it coule be up to about 180 (which is almost the most i would be if it was the worst case senario). he came and looked at it (one good thing he was on time). He told us the was the Door lock problem (which was the best case senario according to the guy on the phone 2 days earlier). He then told us it would be about 190 total. Overpriced and do not always do a great job – Have used this shop off and on for over 10 years. Sometimes over charges for labor and overcharges for parts. Some of the repair people working here are not highly skilled as others. Purchased several large appliances from Del's. Received shoddy installation of a dishwasher had to hire another shop to fix the install. I no longer use this shop even though it is convenient. They will send repair people even if not qualified just to not loose the job to another shop.
I went to Del's to buy a dryer and have been very pleased with the way it has run since I bought it. The day that I bought it the belt came loose an employee from Del's came out that day fixed the belt at no fee and said if I ever had any other problems to call him and he would come fix it at a reasonable fee.
Dels is great! Len, the owner, came to my home on a Sunday night after I returned home to find my house at 55 degrees. He did a fantastic job and was quick, efficient and friendly! In comparing prices for DIY it found it to be very comparable. I will definitely be using Dels in the future when I look to purchase a new HVAC, but thanks to Dels that won’t be too soon!
Great appliance place I go here for alot of my appliance needs. They have a full line of major appliances and they are backed by ge customer care service. The staff is nice and helpful, they dont charge outragous prices, and they are easy to find in a nice area.
