I found Delridge Auto Repair through a Google search, and I'm so grateful! Knowledgeable, responsive, efficient and (best of all) trustworthy! My 2017 Lexus hybrid wouldn't start, and the dash was telling me that my Hybrid system needed work. Yikes!! I called the dealer and they said, "You probably blew the main fuse. That's a major ($$$) repair. Have your car towed here and we'll take care of it." They always do a great job and are very honest and fair. Only place I’ll bring my car in Seattle.
Thank you for the thorough work and fair pricing. Was able to troubleshoot and repair an issue that I’m sure the dealership would have charged me 3x for, and able to do it all quickly.
Fixed the issue I was having with good price transparency and timing, however suddenly my car developed a new very expensive issue while there that doesn’t make sense to have suddenly occurred overnight. Something feels off about it, while I appreciate their original service I will not be returning. I now am getting my car fixed elsewhere.
