Jennifer at DelRicht Research of Northshore Clinic was awesome! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She also made me feel better about myself and brought my confidence back that I never had in quit sometime. I did run into some issues with getting my blood test, but Jennifer never gave up on me and kept trying till she got it. Chinonso was amazing. She was very informative, friendly, and charismatic. She was on the ball with getting us in, and out as soon as possible. Landry and I look forward to seeing her again.
Chichi was fantastic! She had an excellent handle of educating us on how to treat our son. All of our many questions were answered very knowledgeably and professionally, so she made us feel that we are in good hands with our child’s clinical trial drug. Well done!
