We hosted our wedding at Del Rey Events and everything was absolutely perfect! The venue was beautiful, elegant, and very clean. The staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the entire evening. Very disappointed with Del Rey Events. The venue is poorly maintained, the restrooms smell bad and are in rough condition, and parts of the facility, including the floors, seem worn down. The tables and chairs felt old and unstable.Communication was terrible. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and once they have your money, getting assistance is difficult. I recomed Del ray at 100% the venue staff and admin is great never had bad experiance i recomen mi clients always cus the venue aleays keep what on cintract and work with your bugets and gives u the best service there are it is mi top pick in pasadena
Excelente experiencia de principio a fin. Este salón es hermoso, limpio y muy bien organizado, es un salon muy completo y sus dueños son excelentes personas que me ayudaron a que mi evento saliera perfecto,el personal fue amable y muy dispuesto. 0 review -Do not let the reviews fool you. Del Rey Events was one of the biggest regrets of my daughter's quinceañera. The venue is run down, with peeling floors, damaged walls, broken restroom stalls, and poor overall maintenance. The food lacked flavor, the DJ ignored our requests, and communication was almost nonexistent. We constantly had to chase them down for answers and updates. The fees are outrageous.
