I had a minor issue with maintenance regarding my sink. The maintenance was quick and efficient in getting it fixed the next day. Shoutout to Preston and James for handling work orders quickly. I visited Del Ray central and towers. I was pleasantly surprised to encounter Christina Poindexter at both locations. It was such a pleasure talking to her. She has a lot of knowledge and was so professional.
Just moved to Del Ray with my hubby (Oct 2025) and we're loving it! As empty nesters, we miss country suburban living but love the quiet city vibe. One thing to note: apartment living is different than single-family home ownership - keep that in mind if you're making the switch like us.
