I’ve lived here for 4.5 years now and the current maintenance staff is spectacular. Preston and José addressed several maintenance concerns I had this week (clogged sink, light not working, etc) and got things back to working order right away. Luis took on a bigger project of repairing or replacing my cabinet doors and I couldn't be happier with the end result. He was so good about staying in communication with me to schedule the work around my work from home appointments, as to not be disruptive. Now my cabinets look as goo... read more
