I don't live here, but my partner does. Nice building with decent amenities. However, they DO NOT offer parking passes for guests. Everything is through ParkMobile, except they doubled their prices over a year ago. IT SHOULD NOT COST ME $50+ DOLLARS IN PARKING TO VISIT THEM FOR A WEEKEND!!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! Maybe offer a guest parking pass to your residents, rather than charge $150 for a 2nd resident vehicle..... Could be temporary pass good for a day or a weekend!! Tino is seriously the BEST. He gave such an exceptional tour, even though I was on a time crunch and he had to rush through a lot of it. He literally broke a sweat trying to squeeze everything into the tour, and did it with a huge smile on his face! He has been nothing but flexible, kind, and professional!
Tino, Delaney and the staff at Del Ray Tower were wonderful and very helpful with guiding me through the move-in process. Really excited to move here!
