Sidney is amazing! I met him during my self guided tour, he took the initiative to give me a personal tour. I felt welcomed into a great community, I’ve only been at Fuse for two weeks and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! I attended my first event for thanksgiving dinner and met a few friendly neighbors. Great place! Been living here since June of ‘23 and since day 1, Jay and the rest of the team have been a blessing for answer any questions I have had to assisting me just making life a little bit easier every step of the way living here. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to move into the area and or looking for a place to just call home.

The building is good. The concierges are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is fast. The gym has most of the equipment. The thing that I loved in this building is the view. You can see and enjoy every season and weather through your window. The rent was reasonable, but when I wanted to extend it to 7 months, they increased the rent by $800 which is not worth it at all compared with other residences.
