Great place! Been living here since June of ‘23 and since day 1, Jay and the rest of the team have been a blessing for answer any questions I have had to assisting me just making life a little bit easier every step of the way living here. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to move into the area and or looking for a place to just call home.
Great maintenance service!!
The building is good. The concierges are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is fast. The gym has most of the equipment. The thing that I loved in this building is the view. You can see and enjoy every season and weather through your window. The rent was reasonable, but when I wanted to extend it to 7 months, they increased the rent by $800 which is not worth it at all compared with other residences. If you don’t have a car, you will suffer. You can't reach metro stations without a bus, a car, or by walking for 30 minutes... read more
