lived here since October and have had very little problems. i put in a maintenance request last night for my ac and they came the next day to fix it quick 😊 (thank you jose e.!)
Don’t recommend, find somewhere else in Del Ray or old town,. the sky lounge is nice, they do not upkeep the building. The elevator breaks weekly. the staff is so nice Preston, Sydney, Jay, etc- but this company will nickel and dime you and then do nothing when the garage is broken, movie theatre projector doesn’t work or when there is mice.
Maintenance team is on it! I mentioned my hot water wasn't working and they fixed it super fast! Thanks much appreciated 👏
